The Board of Directors for the South Coast ESD comprises seven members who represent Coos, Curry, and Western Douglas counties. These board members are elected by their communities and serve four-year terms. Their duties involve setting policies and providing guidance to the organization. Moreover, they participate in Superintendent committees and collaborate with staff on various projects.

The Board of Directors convenes every second Tuesday of the month at 6:00 p.m. Meetings take place in the Board Room located at the South Coast ESD office, 1350 Teakwood Ave, Coos Bay, OR 97420.
