STEM Material Check Out

Hello Educator,

You are receiving this email because you have been a user of the Coos STEM Hub Resource trailer in the past. This month, the Oregon Coast STEM Hub will be transitioning to a new inventory software for checking out materials from this STEM Hub.

The new inventory system is called Lend-Items. It is easy to use and is much more cost-effective than the previous inventory system.

We will transfer your User account information to the new Lend-Items library, which means you will receive an email inviting you to the Lend-Items library. When you receive the email, please click on the link in the email to verify/create your Lend-Items account and select a password to go with your User email. Then you will have access to the STEM Hub resource inventory and can reserve items for checkout.

Bookmark the Lend-Items page so you can find it, and save your password so that the next time you visit you’ll automatically be logged in.

If you don’t receive an email from Lend-Items within 48 hours of receiving this email, please check your Junk Mail or Spam Folders. If you still don’t see an invitation, contact me at the email below.

If you would like to use a different email address to set up your account, you can start over as a new user. New users can sign up by filling out this Google Form Request Access. This will provide us with the information we need to set up an account for you in Lend-Items. Within 48 hours, you should receive an email invitation with a link to join the inventory and set up a password (don’t forget to check your junk folder). You are able to reply to these notifications from Lend-Itms and the email will come directly to me.

We will be available for equipment requests as soon as your account is confirmed or you submit a new request from the link above. There will be some need for grace as we transition into this new format and our new, ever changing educational landscape. When requesting materials, please allow some time in between reservations for cleaning of materials.

If you have any questions, please let us know!

Thank you,
